Booking

How do I make a booking?
Visit our home page, select your service type (door-to-door, pick-up point, or airport transfer), choose your route and travel date, add your animals, and complete payment via PayFast. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.
Can I book for multiple animals?
Yes. You can add multiple animals of different types to a single booking. Each animal is priced individually based on type and size.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours before your travel date. For pick-up point trips, book before the date sells out as capacity is limited.
Can I edit my booking after payment?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate amendments before the trip date.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT, via PayFast — South Africa's leading secure payment gateway.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by PayFast (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). NATS never stores your card details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after payment. You can also download a PDF invoice from your confirmation page.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your booking is saved as pending. You can complete payment from your bookings page at any time before the travel date.

Transport

How are animals transported?
Animals travel in secure, ventilated carriers inside our dedicated vehicles. We make regular stops for water and welfare checks.
What animals do you transport?
Dogs, cats, exotic birds, poultry, snakes, small pets, and livestock. Contact us for any animal not listed.
Are animals insured during transport?
We take every precaution for your pet's safety. We recommend arranging your own pet insurance for additional coverage.
What should I bring for my pet?
Provide your pet's own food to avoid digestive issues. Label any food, medication, or accessories clearly with your booking reference.

Cancellations

How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel an unpaid booking from your bookings page. For paid bookings, contact us on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the travel date.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the travel date qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
